A new data layer for hormonal health

Ciklo is a computational platform that transforms environmental exposure into measurable health risk — enabling clinical decision-making, workforce health strategies, and insurance risk modeling.

For the first time, environmental factors become structured, quantifiable, and actionable across individuals and populations.

No clinical standard exists for environmental risk — Ciklo is building it.

Environmental exposure is a major driver of hormonal health. Yet in clinical practice, it remains unmeasured, unstructured, and rarely used in decision-making.

Without measurement, there is no standard. Without standard, there is no system. Ciklo creates both.

of clinicians believe reducing environmental risk factors could help improve patient outcomes

Pre-launch · Pilot-ready platform

Ciklo is currently in pre-launch phase, with a working risk engine and pilot-ready platform.

We are onboarding a limited number of partners to validate real-world use cases before full-scale deployment across Europe.

How it works

01   Capture

Structured exposure profiling

Individuals use a white-label mobile application recommended by the organization to input products, environment, and lifestyle data.

02   Model

EDC risk computation

Ciklo processes exposure signals across 800+ endocrine disruptors and biological pathways — computing individual and population-level risk scores.

03   Deliver

Actionable intelligence

Actionable hormonal risk scores and structured reports are generated for both individuals and organizations — ready for clinical, HR, or actuarial use.

Zero workflow disruption

Ciklo integrates into existing workflows through a white-label application distributed by partner organizations.

Individuals interact with the app to capture environmental exposure, while organizations access structured risk insights via dashboard and reports.

  • White-label mobile app (organization-branded)
  • Structured exposure data capture — products, environment, lifestyle
  • Continuous risk modeling and scoring
  • Organizational dashboard and analytics
  • PDF reports and population-level insights
  • API and EHR integration (post-pilot)

"No behavior change required — organizations simply introduce the app into existing user flows."

Built for organizations shaping hormonal health

Faster consultations
Pre-structured patient exposure data arrives before the consultation — enabling doctors to focus on clinical decisions, not data collection.
Improved diagnostic context
Evidence-linked EDC risk signals for PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, and infertility — grounded in peer-reviewed toxicological research.
Zero workflow disruption
A new clinical data layer that integrates into existing patient intake flows — no new tools for clinical staff to learn or adopt.
Reduced absenteeism
Early identification of hormonal health risks linked to workplace EDC exposure reduces unplanned leave and improves workforce availability.
Workplace exposure visibility
Population-level exposure mapping by role and environment — anonymized, aggregated, and actionable for occupational health planning.
Stronger retention
Demonstrable investment in women's health as a differentiated employer brand signal in competitive hiring markets.
New underwriting signal
Population-level EDC exposure profiles correlated with hormonal health outcomes — a new actuarial dimension unavailable from any existing data source.
Improved loss ratios
Early exposure flags enable preventive interventions before costly hormonal health claims materialize — improving loss ratio through prevention.
Next-gen product design
Design hormonal health coverage products that incentivize exposure reduction — not just treat outcomes. First-mover advantage in an emerging category.
For Clinics+
  • Faster consultations with pre-structured patient data
  • Improved diagnostic context for hormonal conditions
  • New clinical data layer without workflow disruption
For Employers+
  • Reduced absenteeism linked to hormonal health issues
  • Visibility into workplace-related exposure risks
  • Stronger employee retention through proactive health strategies
For Insurers+
  • New underwriting signal based on environmental exposure
  • Improved loss ratios through prevention-based insights
  • Ability to design next-generation health coverage products

Built on an environmental health world model

Ciklo models how environmental exposure interacts with biological systems — enabling causal risk prediction across individuals and populations.

The system connects exposure data, biological pathways, and hormonal outcomes into a unified computational framework.

Technology & model

Ciklo integrates environmental science, endocrinology, and computational modeling into a single system.

The platform processes exposure signals from products, environment, and workplace — mapping them against endocrine pathways and condition-specific vulnerabilities.

Frequently asked questions

Is the product fully launched?+
Ciklo is currently in pre-launch phase. The core risk engine and platform are operational and available through a structured pilot program.

We are working with selected partners to validate real-world use cases before scaling across Europe.
Is Ciklo a medical device under EU MDR?+
No. Ciklo is an environmental risk intelligence platform — not a medical device and not a diagnostic tool. We generate structured exposure risk information for awareness and informed decision-making. All clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare professionals. Our architecture is explicitly designed to remain outside EU MDR classification.
How does Ciklo handle data under GDPR?+
Ciklo processes health-related data under GDPR Article 9 — with explicit patient consent at the point of intake. Data is stored within the EU, processed under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each partner organization, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Our architecture is designed for future compatibility with the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
How does technical integration work during the pilot?+
No EHR or system integration is required during the pilot phase. Patients receive an intake link before their appointment. Results are accessible via the Ciklo web dashboard and PDF export. Post-pilot roadmap includes API/CSV export and EHR integration modules.
What scientific evidence backs the Risk Engine?+
The Ciklo Risk Engine is developed in collaboration with Vilnius University researchers. All biological pathway mappings are grounded in peer-reviewed toxicological and endocrinological literature. EDC database sources: ECHA Candidate List (SVHC), The Endocrine Disruption Exchange (TEDX), and NIH National Toxicology Program (NTP). A research manuscript is currently in preparation.
